Q1: Is a deposit required to secure the booking?
A1: Yes. To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is required. The remaining balance must be paid 10 weeks before the wedding.
Once the deposit has been received, we will email you a deposit-paid invoice along with our contract and full terms and conditions, which you will need to sign and return.
We also arrange an initial meeting and consultation, followed by a further consultation closer to the wedding day. These meetings are usually conducted via video call due to our busy schedule, but in-person meetings can be arranged on request.
The non-refundable deposit for the Video & Photo Packages is £400.00 (£200.00 to each supplier)
Each supplier will provide you with their own Invoices, Contract and T&C's.
Q2: What time do you arrive on the morning of the wedding?
A2: This will be discussed at the consultation, if we are not filming morning prep we normally arrive at least 45 minutes before the ceremony so that we can set up and get external and internal shots of the ceremony venue.
If we are filming morning prep then we arrive at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the time of the ceremony.
Q3: How discreet are you on the day?

A3: We are exceptionally discreet when filming—this is something we truly pride ourselves on. Our approach is relaxed and natural, allowing the day to unfold organically. We blend into the background as much as possible so we can capture all the special moments while you and your guests forget that we’re even there.

Q4: How long is the wedding presentation video and do we get to choose the music?
​
A4: The length of your wedding film varies depending on the duration of the ceremony and speeches, as well as whether morning preparations or additional extras (such as guest video messages) are included. Typically, the fully edited wedding film is between 1 hour 20 minutes and 2 hours long.
Your highlight sneak peek is usually around 5 minutes in length.
We normally use your first dance song for the highlight video, but we are happy to discuss music choices with you where possible.
You choose 10 to 12 songs for the film which we use in throughout the production, excluding the ceremony, speeches and evening dances. Click here to view examples on the most popular song choices we are requested by our clients.
Q5: When will we receive our wedding film?

A5: Our turnaround time varies depending on the time of year and how busy we are, but it is typically between 4 and 15 weeks. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your wedding film throughout the editing process.
We work through our films in the order they were shot, which means there may be a queue during peak season.
Your wedding presentation will be available online via a secure, password-protected link, allowing you to easily share it with family and friends. The online presentation can also be downloaded to your phone, laptop, computer, or TV, so you can watch your day back anytime, anywhere.
You can also order a USB Presentation, which is a lovely keepsake from your special day.

Q6: Which videographer will be filming on the day?
​
A6: We have a core team of two main videographers, Derek and Alejandro, and we also work with a small number of trusted additional videographers who may assist with second shooting if required.
Due to the popularity of our services, we sometimes cover multiple weddings on the same day. In these cases, we will confirm in advance which videographer(s) will be filming your wedding.

All of our videographers are highly experienced, professional, and trained to film to the highest standards. To ensure consistency in style and quality, all wedding films and highlight videos are edited by Derek.
Q7: Drone Services- Do you offer Drone services ​
A7: Yes we offer Drone establishing shots (weather permitting and dependent on flight or venue restrictions) and is included in most of our packages at no extra cost.
Q8: What cameras and microphones do you use on the day?
A8: We use a range of high-end professional HD and 4K video cameras, along with DSLR cameras. A minimum of two cameras is used throughout the day—particularly during the ceremony, speeches, and dancing—depending on the size of the wedding and available space.
For audio, we use top-of-the-range RØDE on-camera microphones and wireless clip-on microphones, ensuring crystal-clear sound during key moments such as the ceremony, speeches, and dancing.
If you prefer not to wear a clip-on microphone, that is absolutely fine—just let us know in advance. Our on-camera microphones are powerful enough to capture clear audio; however, clip-on microphones are strongly recommended for outdoor ceremonies and are ideal if you would like voiceovers included in your highlight film.

Q9: Do you offer a livestream service?
​
A9: Unfortunately, this is not a service we currently offer. There are many social media platforms available, such as Facebook and Vimeo, which provide livestreaming options at little to no cost.

Q10: Is there a charge for travel?
​
A10: Rather than basing ourselves in one location, we travel all over Scotland to capture your special day.
We only charge a petrol fee if your wedding venue is outside a specific area.
For weddings involving significant travel, we may also request an overnight stay at a local hotel or B&B.

Q11: Do you have insurance?
​
A11: We have professional business insurance including public liability, professional indemnity & equipment cover.
Q12: Do you charge for the filming of entertainment during the wedding meal eg Singing Servers.

A12: Yes we charge £200.00 for filming entertainment this covers additional filming and editing.
